RESERVATION/ACCOMMODATION DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 / PARTIES: 1.1.
This agreement is concluded between Treekos Suite Hotel, on the one hand, and the customer/user (hereinafter referred to as the customer) who makes a reservation using the system, enters and confirms all personal information, and agrees to the following terms and conditions in advance. His/her name, computer IP address, and Turkish Republic ID number or passport number appear on the reservation form.
ARTICLE 2 / SUBJECT:
2.1. This agreement covers the customer's reservation for the purchase of products/services through the hotel, subject to the conditions described below. In the event of a price increase in the contract price, the difference will not be claimed from the consumer, and any discounts granted by the hotel as an action will not be refunded to the consumer.
ARTICLE 3 / CONTRACT FEE AND PAYMENT
3.1. The contract price includes VAT.
3.2. Hotel room nights and other extras are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include taxes.
3.3. The contract price includes all services specified in the reservation. Services not specified and additional products and services purchased at the hotel are subject to separate fees. These extras are paid upon departure.
3.4. Customers purchasing discounted or promotional products are responsible for paying the full service fee at the time of booking. The reservation is not confirmed until full payment is made.
3.5. Customers booking through www.treekossuite.com from abroad pay for their reservations in foreign currency. Invoices are issued in Turkish Lira based on the Turkish Central Bank's foreign exchange rate on the day of departure.
3.6. For reservations made through www.treekossuite.com, confirmation and invoice delivery are handled by the Treekos Suite Hotel Reservations department as follows:
3.7. Instant Reservation Confirmation: The reservation confirmation can be printed out by the customer at the final stage of the system and will also be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The invoice will be issued and returned to the customer after the stay is completed and the customer checks out.
ARTICLE 4 / APPLICATION:
4.1. Items that smell, leak, are flammable, or explosive, or that cause a disturbance to the surrounding area, as well as sharp, piercing, and firearms, are prohibited from entering the premises unless written permission is obtained from the hotel manager.
4.2. Rules and information, including hotel check-in and check-out times, are published on the room details pages of the website.
4.3. The customer accepts in advance that they are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel's fixtures or fixtures in common areas during their stay, and for the repair of any such damage.
ARTICLE 5 / TERM AND TERMINATION:
5.1. The customer will stay within the dates of their reservation. If the customer wishes to extend their stay, they must submit their request to the hotel no later than one day before their check-out date. If the hotel has available rooms, the customer will be extended after making payment at the current rates. Otherwise, the customer must check out of the hotel by 12:00 PM on the date of their reservation.
5.2. Reservations made verbally or in writing can be canceled by the customer using Treekos Suite Hotel's email address or by phone. Cancellations will be subject to a deduction based on the amount and terms specified below. This cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation price.
Cancellations can only be made by entering a unique reservation/voucher number provided to the customer by the system during the reservation process, along with accurate personal information. This number is assigned specifically to the customer and is provided solely for customer information for security reasons. Since this number can be used to cancel a reservation, the customer is responsible for keeping this number confidential.
Cancellation Periods and Deduction Amounts (Unless otherwise stated by the Property):
-Reservations made with the Hotel cannot be canceled for any reason, and no refunds are available.
-In the event of a No-Show, the Customer cannot request a refund of the accommodation fee.
The Customer agrees to the cancellation policies stated above, as well as TURSAB regulations and International NO-SHOW rules, and agrees not to request any refund from Treekos Suite Hotel.
5.3. If the Hotel deems it necessary, it may partially or fully change the hotel reservation it has announced or registered for up to 8 days prior to the start date, provided it notifies the Customer.
5.4. If the Customer requests a cancellation for a reason other than the Customer's own or their first-degree relatives' illness or death that prevents accommodation, the Customer agrees to the deductions specified above.
ARTICLE 6 / FORCE MAJEURE:
6.1. Between the hotel reservation dates specified in this contract
The hotel cannot be held responsible for any deficiencies or failures in hotel services due to reasons such as natural disasters, social unrest, international relations, technical malfunctions, strikes, or protests that may occur before, during, or during the stay.
ARTICLE 7 - OTHER PROVISIONS:
7.1 This agreement relates exclusively to hotel reservations. The hotel fulfills its contractual obligations by receiving the customer's reservation request, signing this agreement, and then executing the customer's reservation and confirming the reservation. In the event of any problems with the facility, the customer agrees and undertakes to contact the accommodation operator solely for any changes or deficiencies that may arise during the stay.
7.2. If the customer complains about any issue during their stay, and if they use the service partially or fully, they agree not to claim any compensation or refund.
7.3 It is the duty of care for the customer in good faith to notify the authorized representative of any complaints they may have during the service. Using the service to its fullest extent without notifying the facility officials despite a complaint voids any rights such as replacement service and refunds related to the complaint.
7.4. The customer acknowledges that they have read and signed this agreement after obtaining all relevant information about the hotel from the website and by phone. The information provided will form the basis for any complaints arising from lack of service or defective goods received at the hotel.
7.5. Even if the customer is unable to sign this hotel reservation agreement for any reason, they are deemed to have learned of the terms of this agreement through the website, advertisements, or email sent to the email address they provided, and have accepted its terms.
7.6. In the event of a discrepancy between the copy of the agreement held by the customer and the copy held by the hotel, the copy records held by the hotel will prevail. All email and fax messages between the parties will be considered conclusive evidence, and company records will be the basis. The parties acknowledge that the addresses and phone numbers they provide are their designated addresses and phone numbers for all communication and notification. They acknowledge and agree that, unless written notification is made to the other party regarding any change in these addresses and phone numbers, all notifications and notices sent to the designated addresses and phone numbers will be sent to them.
7.7. ID and age checks are conducted upon arrival at the property. Any difference arising from incorrect or incomplete information will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. (All guests over the age of 6 are considered adults.)
7.8. For price increases during the early booking period and/or all periods (except for system-related errors), the difference will not be charged to the customer, nor will it be refunded for discounts designated as actions by the property.
7.9. The hotel may send campaigns and notifications to the email address, postal address, and mobile phone number provided by the customer. By signing this agreement, the hotel has obtained the customer's permission to send these notifications.
ARTICLE 8 / COLLECTION:
7.10. I hereby authorize Treekos Suite Hotel to collect the reservation fee from my credit card numbered above. If the debt cannot be collected from my credit card account, I agree and undertake to pay the interest rate plus the interest rate on the credit card. I have read, understood, and accepted this 8-clause, 5-page agreement, issued in my name, and have signed and received a copy. Please send this agreement to treekossuite@gmail.com after signing it.
